Product Identity

These Western States mailers measure 9.75 x 12.25 inches and use 28-point 100% recycled board. The open-end, centre-seam design has no window and seals with a pressure-sensitive flap. Each box contains 100 envelopes and weighs 23 lbs.

Who It Suits

Offices sending flat documents, certificates or photos that must not be creased will value the rigid, no-bend construction. Buyers who need a window for address visibility or a larger capacity per carton should look at something else.

Sustained Use

The recycled board retains stiffness through repeated handling in mail streams. The Kwik-Tak adhesive stays tacky across multiple packing sessions without curling. The 100-count box supports steady daily shipping volumes.

Questions about this item

What size documents fit inside the 9.75 x 12.25 inch envelope without folding?

Sheets up to 9.75 by 12.25 inches fit flat; the open-end design and centre seam keep them from bending during transit.

Will the pressure-sensitive seal hold if I store the envelopes in a humid office for months?

The Kwik-Tak adhesive activates with finger pressure and stays tacky in normal indoor conditions; keep the box sealed until use for best shelf life.

How can I confirm the box really contains 100 envelopes made from 100% recycled board?

Count the envelopes on arrival — each box ships with 100 units — and check the white board stock, which is specified as 100% recycled content.
