9" x 12" Catalog Envelopes

These white catalog envelopes measure 9 by 12 inches and feature an open-end design with a centre seam. They are made from 24 lb white sulphite paper that carries SFI certification and offers 92 percent brightness with a vellum finish. Each box contains 500 envelopes.

Suits high-volume mailrooms.

The remoistening seal and flap-down style support fast, bulk processing in shipping departments and offices. The light 24 lb stock is not designed for heavy or fragile items that require cushioning or rigid mailers. Buyers needing water-resistant or tear-proof materials should consider alternative packaging supplies.

500-count box handles routine correspondence

A single carton holds 500 envelopes weighing 20 lbs, providing ample supply for daily invoices, catalogues and direct-mail pieces. The open-end format accommodates standard letter-size documents folded once, but thicker booklets or multi-page contracts may exceed the practical capacity of the centre-seam construction.

Questions about this item

What paper weight must my printer support to run these 24# envelopes?

The envelopes use 24# Western Sulphite stock, so your printer or copier needs a media-weight setting that accepts 24-pound bond or heavier.

Will the center-seam design feed reliably in an older laser tray that expects side-seam envelopes?

The center seam runs down the middle of the 9 x 12 sheet, giving a flatter path through rollers that were built for side-seam stock.

How can I confirm the SFI certification is genuine once the box arrives?

Each carton carries the SFI label and the 92% brightness spec printed on the side panel for quick visual verification.
