Announcement Envelopes for Machine Inserting

These envelopes measure 5.25 x 7.25 inches and use 24 lb bright white sulphite paper with 96 percent brightness. The vellum imaging finish provides a smooth surface for printing. They are acid free and SFI certified. A box contains 500 envelopes suitable for high-volume mailing.

1.75 Inch Rounded Flap with Remoistening Seal

The flap extends 1.75 inches and features a rounded profile designed for reliable machine insertion. Two side seams sit underneath the construction for added strength. The remoistening adhesive activates with moisture for a secure closure. No window is present on the face.

Suits Bulk Mailings and Professional Announcements

This pack suits offices, print shops and organisations sending invitations, statements or direct mail through inserting equipment. Buyers who need a window envelope for address visibility should look elsewhere. Those requiring smaller quantities than 500 per box will find this carton excessive. Questions about this item

What does the 24# weight mean when the envelope is run through an inserter?

The 24# sulphite stock is stiff enough to feed reliably in high-speed inserting equipment without jamming or curling.

How does the 96% brightness affect print contrast on this envelope?

The 96% bright white surface reflects more light, giving printed text and graphics sharper contrast than lower-brightness stocks.

Will the 1.75" rounded flap clear the glue rollers on a standard mailing machine?

Yes, the 1.75 inch rounded flap is designed to pass smoothly through remoistening sealers and glue rollers on typical inserting and mailing equipment.
