WESTERN STATES EnvyPak Booklet Envelopes

These clear polypropylene envelopes measure 6 x 9-1/2 inches and come in a box of 1000. They feature a weld seam construction and a white border imprint reading "EnvyPak" and "USPS Approved Poly". The flap-down design supports auto-inserting equipment for high-volume mailing operations. Supplied new without any adhesive seal closure.

Postal Compliance and Material Limits

The "USPS Approved Poly" imprint indicates the material meets postal requirements for automated processing. Clear polypropylene provides content visibility but offers no opacity for confidential documents. The weld seam creates a permanent bond that cannot be resealed once opened. No seal mechanism is included so separate adhesion or tape is required for closure.

Auto-Insertable Flap-Down Format

The flap-down orientation is the single specification that determines compatibility with automatic inserting machines. Buyers needing a peel-and-seal or self-seal closure cannot use this product. It is not suited for applications requiring a built-in adhesive strip or tamper-evident security features.
