9" x 11-1/2" Catalog Envelopes

These open-end catalog envelopes measure 9 by 11-1/2 inches and come in a box of 500. They are built for offices that send flat documents, brochures or catalogs through the mail on a regular basis.

Upgrade from standard letter envelopes

The larger format removes the need to fold multi-page materials, while the 28-pound stock and black Wesco inside tint keep contents opaque. The jump is worth it when mail pieces must stay flat and confidential from insertion to delivery.

Limits of the remoistening seal and poly window

The gummed flap requires moisture to activate and may not bond on dusty or humid surfaces. The poly window suits address visibility but cannot be recycled with plain paper streams and may not meet all automated sorting requirements.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the 28# catalog envelope?

Each envelope measures 9 inches by 11-1/2 inches, an open-end catalog size designed for flat documents.

How is the envelope sealed once the contents are inserted?

Apply moisture to the remoistening seal on the flap and press firmly; the adhesive activates with water only.

When should the poly window be checked or the box replaced?

Inspect the poly window for scratches before printing addresses; a fresh box of 500 envelopes is needed once the current supply runs out.
