Open End Bubble-Lite Mailer

The Western States Open End Bubble-Lite Mailer measures 7.25" x 12" and features a Golden Kraft exterior made from 100% recycled paper with 25% post-consumer content. A Bubble-Lite liner provides cushioning for shipped items. The peel-and-seal Kwik-Tak closure secures the flap without moisture.

Sustained shipping protection

The welded seam construction resists splitting when the mailer is filled to capacity. Golden Kraft paper maintains structural integrity through handling cycles and offers moisture resistance during transit. The bubble liner retains its protective air pockets under compression rather than collapsing flat.

Replaces standard padded envelopes

This mailer upgrades from basic kraft envelopes when cushioning is required for fragile contents. The 55# paper weight supports heavier inserts that would tear lighter mailers. Buyers who need larger dimensions or higher volume than 100 per box should consider alternative packaging.

Questions about this item

Does the 55# Golden Kraft material trap heat when these mailers sit in a delivery truck all day?

The 55# Golden Kraft paper and Bubble-Lite liner provide cushioning without adding significant thermal mass, so internal temperature tracks the ambient environment.

What size items fit inside the 7.25" x 12" open end so I don't buy the wrong box?

The 7.25" x 12" open-end opening accepts flat goods up to those dimensions; anything thicker or wider requires a larger mailer.

Will the peel-and-seal flap stick reliably to the recycled kraft surface on older inventory boxes?

The Kwik-Tak peel-and-seal adhesive is designed to bond securely to the 100% recycled Golden Kraft flap without moisture.
