Envelope Dimensions & Construction

These open-end catalog envelopes measure 11.5 x 14.5 inches and use 24# tan Kraft paper with a vellum finish. A center seam runs the length of the envelope and the flap features a remoistening seal for secure closure. Each box contains 500 envelopes.

Suitable Mailing Tasks

The size and weight suit catalogues, brochures or multi-page documents that must stay flat in transit. The open-end format speeds insertion for high-volume mailings. Buyers who need a window for address visibility or a smaller envelope for single sheets should look at other options.

Compatibility Checks

Confirm your postage meter or folder/inserter accepts the 11.5 x 14.5 inch format and 24# paper weight. Verify that the center seam works with your sealing equipment and that the 30-pound box weight is manageable for your receiving area.

Questions about this item

What paper weight must my printer support to feed these 24# Kraft envelopes?

The envelopes use 24# Kraft paper, so the printer's paper path must accept that weight without jamming.

Can I load these center-seam envelopes in a tray designed for 11.5" x 14.5" side-seam stock?

The center seam runs along the 14.5" dimension, so the tray must accommodate that seam profile at the 11.5" feed edge.

How do I confirm the remoistening seal activates correctly after printing addresses?

Apply moisture to the flap; a proper seal forms a continuous bond along the full 11.5" width without curling.
