WESTERN STATES Open End Catalog Envelopes 9 x 12 28# White Center Seam Self-Sealing Flaps Extended Box of 500

White sulphite catalog envelopes

These 9 by 12 inch open-end envelopes use 28-pound white sulphite paper with a vellum finish and 92 percent brightness. The centre-seam construction and extended flaps create a flat mailing surface for catalogues, reports and bulky documents. A box contains 500 envelopes and weighs 22 lbs.

Self-sealing latex adhesive limits

The Pres-Stik latex strip seals without moisture but requires firm, even pressure across the full flap length to bond reliably. Adhesive performance drops on dusty or humid surfaces, and the seal cannot be reopened without visible damage. Extended flaps add handling room but increase the overall insertion depth needed for automatic inserters.

Easy hand insertion, check machine fit

Hand stuffing is straightforward thanks to the open-end format and generous flap extension. For machine mailing, verify that your inserter accepts 9 by 12 inch open-end stock with centre seams and latex closures; some feeders jam on the seam ridge or misread the extended flap as a double feed. No window means address printing must be applied directly to the envelope face.
