Medium-Duty Edge Protector Pack

The Zoro Select 56JM20 provides 60 white fibreboard protectors, each 60 inches long with a 2-inch depth and width. Medium-duty strength guards box edges and pallet corners against strap tension and impact during shipping. Warehouse teams and fulfilment centres use them to keep cartons intact through stacked transit.

Upgrade From Light-Duty Board

Moving to medium-duty fibreboard is worth it when straps cut into corners or stacked loads crush lighter profiles. The 0.16-inch thickness resists deformation better than thin paperboard, reducing rework and claim rates. Operations still hand-applying tape or stretch film see faster load securement with less material waste.

Build-Friendly Carton Reinforcement

Each protector slides over vertical edges without tools, freeing packing stations from cutting custom corner blocks. The 60-count pack fits standard shelving and dispenses easily from the carton. White fibreboard accepts marker labels for quick load identification, and the flat profile nests tightly on pallets to maximise cube utilisation.

Questions about this item

Will the 2 in depth and 2 in width fit my pallet edges?

Each protector measures 2 in deep by 2 in wide with a 60 in length, so it wraps standard pallet corners and box edges of that profile.

How do I secure the 0.16 in thick fibreboard during packing?

Wrap the 60 in length around the corner and hold it with stretch film or strapping; the medium-duty paperboard stays flat when tension is applied evenly.

When should I replace protectors from the 60-count pack?

Swap out any piece that shows crushing, tears or moisture damage — medium-duty fibreboard is single-use once the 0.16 in wall is compromised.
