Product Identity

These open-side booklet envelopes measure 9 by 12 inches and use 24# bright white sulphite paper with a vellum imaging finish. Each box contains 500 envelopes that are acid free and SFI certified. The side-seam construction and remoistening seal suit high-volume mailing and professional correspondence.

Suited For

Offices and organisations that need a clean, bright white surface for laser or inkjet printing on bulk mailings will find the 96% brightness and vellum finish reliable. The 500-count box supports large campaigns without frequent reordering. Buyers who require a window, a different paper colour or a smaller pack size should look at other options.

Capacity And Headroom

The 500-envelope quantity handles monthly statement runs, direct-mail campaigns or daily office correspondence with comfortable headroom. The 24# stock feeds smoothly through most desktop printers and copiers. Very high-speed inserters or applications needing heavier weight paper may reach the limits of this specification.

Questions about this item

What paper weight and size must my printer handle to run these 24# 9 x 12 envelopes through it?

The envelopes are 24# stock measuring 9 by 12 inches, so your printer needs to accept that weight and dimension without jamming.

Will the Vellum Imaging Finish and 96% Brightness still match my existing Bright White letterhead if I keep using it?

Yes, the 96% Brightness and Vellum Imaging Finish are designed for consistent colour reproduction alongside standard Bright White stationery.

How can I confirm the side seams and remoistening seal are holding properly after I load the first box?

Run a test batch — check that each envelope seals cleanly when moistened and that the side seams show no splitting or adhesive bleed.
