Envelope dimensions and quantity

These open side booklet envelopes measure 6.125 by 9.5 inches and come 500 to a box. The 28 pound White Kraft stock carries an SFI certification and an 84 brightness rating with a vellum finish. Two side seams under construction keep the contents secure during transit.

Build considerations and workspace

Each box weighs 12 pounds and a full carton contains 2500 envelopes for larger mailings. The remoistening seal requires only moisture to close, so no tape or glue sticks are needed on the packing bench. The flap-down design lets you fill and seal quickly without special equipment.

Suited for standard correspondence.

Offices sending letters, invoices or brochures that fit the 6.125 by 9.5 inch format will find this quantity practical. Buyers who need window envelopes, heavier card stock or larger dimensions for catalogues should look at other options. The side seam layout also means the envelope cannot be fed through some high-speed inserters that require centre seams.
