Open Side Booklet Envelopes

These open side booklet envelopes measure 6 by 9.5 inches and are made from 24 pound white sulphite paper. The side seam construction provides a clean profile for professional mailing and office filing tasks. Each box contains 500 envelopes for high volume use.

Capacity and headroom

A single box holds 500 envelopes weighing 11.5 pounds total for easy inventory management. The 24 pound stock handles standard letter inserts and multi page documents without tearing. Heavier catalogues or rigid items may exceed the practical capacity of this weight.

Thermals noise and power

Paper envelopes generate no heat, noise or power draw during storage or handling. The vellum finish and 92 percent brightness remain stable under normal office conditions. No environmental controls beyond standard room temperature are required.

Questions about this item

Will the 6 x 9.5 inch size fit a folded letter without creasing the 24 lb paper?

The open side measures 6 by 9.5 inches, so a tri-folded letter slides in flat and the 24 lb sulphite stock resists creasing during insertion.

How can I verify the 92% brightness and SFI certification on the white envelopes?

The vellum finish shows a crisp 92% bright white surface, and the box label carries the SFI certified mark for responsible fibre sourcing.

Does the box of 500 include any moisture-activated seal strips or must I buy them separately?

Each envelope has a remoistening seal flap built in, so the 500-count box needs no extra sealing supplies.
