Large-format Tyvek envelope

These white spun-bonded olefin envelopes measure 12 by 16 inches with a two-inch expansion gusset. They arrive new in a box of 100 and use a pressure-sensitive Kwik-Tak seal. The open-side design and centre seam suit booklet-style contents that need extra thickness capacity.

Build integration

No window means the full face is available for labels or printing. The 18-pound Tyvek material resists moisture and bursting, so it protects documents during handling without adding rigid packaging bulk. The flap-down closure requires no separate tape or glue, freeing up packing time.

Sustained load behaviour

Under repeated mailing cycles the spun-bonded fibres maintain tear resistance and do not degrade like standard paper. The expansion gusset holds its shape when filled to capacity, preventing seam stress. Moisture resistance remains effective across varied storage conditions.
