Professional Statement Envelope

The 4.5 x 6.5 inch poly window envelope suits offices that send invoices, statements or direct-mail pieces where the recipient address must show through a clear panel. The white sulphite stock carries SFI certification and a 92% brightness level for a clean, professional appearance.

1-1/4 x 4 inch window placement

The window sits 3/4 inch from the left edge and 1-3/4 inches from the bottom, a fixed layout that matches standard statement folds. If your documents use a different address-block position, the window will not align and the envelope will not work for that job.

Remoistening seal on diagonal seam

Moisten the flap to close; the diagonal seam construction keeps the envelope flat in high-volume feeders. The blue Wesco tint blocks read-through but adds opacity, so verify that your printing contrast remains legible before committing to a full 500-count box.

Questions about this item

What does the 4.5 x 6.5 inch size mean for fitting a folded statement?

The envelope measures 4.5 by 6.5 inches and holds a standard tri-fold letter or statement sheet without extra trimming.

How does the poly window material hold up in a high-volume mailing machine?

The clear poly film resists tearing and static, so it feeds cleanly through inserters and laser printers at the rated 500-count box volume.

What does the diagonal seam construction require for automatic sealing equipment?

Diagonal seams run from corner to corner, allowing standard remoistening sealers to activate the gummed flap without misalignment or jamming.
