Side Seam Booklet Envelopes for High-Volume Mailing

These 6 x 9 inch side seam booklet envelopes come in a box of 500, designed for businesses and offices that send large batches of correspondence. The 24 lb white sulphite stock provides a professional feel for statements, invoices and direct mail pieces. SFI certification confirms responsible forestry sourcing for the paper.

Vellum Finish Handles Extended Print Runs

The vellum surface accepts toner and ink cleanly during long print jobs without excessive dust or curling that can jam feed trays. Two side seams under construction adds structural rigidity so filled envelopes resist splitting when stacked in output bins or transit trays. The 92% brightness maintains consistent contrast across the entire 500-count box.

Tear-ific Strip Simplifies Recipient Access

A pre-printed "Pull to Open" tear strip lets recipients open the flap cleanly without a letter opener, reducing torn contents. The remoistening seal requires only standard moisture to close securely. Flap-down orientation suits most inserting machines, though the side seam layout may not feed in every desktop printer tray.

Questions about this item

Will the 24# paper weight and vellum finish handle daily mailing without jamming in my office printer?

The 24# white sulphite stock with vellum finish feeds cleanly through most desktop printers and copiers, reducing misfeeds during high-volume runs.

Do I need a separate moistener or glue stick to seal the flap?

No, each envelope has a built-in remoistening seal; just apply water to the flap and press to close.

Can I still use a letter opener if I prefer not to use the pre-printed tear strip?

Yes, the side-seam construction and standard flap allow traditional opening with a letter opener alongside the "Tear-ific" strip option.
