14 oz Manual Grease Gun for Heavy-Duty Lubrication

The Westward 15F210 is a lever-style grease gun built for 14 oz cartridges and bulk fill up to 16 oz. It develops a maximum operating pressure of 10,000 psi through a rigid 6 in steel pipe extension. The tool measures 14 1/2 in overall and requires 28 strokes per ounce delivered.

Upgrade from Lower-Pressure or Fixed-Capacity Models

Moving to 10,000 psi makes sense when existing equipment cannot force grease through tight or long fittings on heavy machinery. The dual loading method replaces guns limited to cartridges only, and the full-stroke action suits operators who prefer consistent volume per stroke over variable adjustment.

Fits Standard Workshop Maintenance Kits

The steel tube and standard tether point integrate with existing tool boards and lanyard systems without proprietary hardware. Its 14 oz cartridge compatibility matches the most common industrial refill size, freeing inventory space otherwise needed for multiple cartridge formats. A rigid pipe extension reaches recessed zerks without a separate hose assembly.

Questions about this item

What length rigid pipe extension does the 15F210 use and how much clearance does it need?

The gun has a 6 in rigid pipe extension, so allow at least that much straight-line clearance at the grease fitting.

How do I load the 14 oz cartridge into the 15F210 without trapping air?

Pull the follower rod back, lock it, drop the cartridge in with the metal end first, remove the pull-tab, close the head, then unlock the rod and pump the lever until grease flows.

When should I replace the follower rod or seals on the 15F210?

Replace them when the lever loses pressure, grease bypasses the follower, or the gun no longer reaches the rated 10,000 psi.
