Radiator Test Kit

The Westward 1YMH2 is a 14-piece cooling system tester designed for automotive use. It connects to most domestic and imported vehicles to pressure-test radiators and related components. The kit uses anodized aluminum adapters to create secure connections during diagnostics. It is built for professional technicians and serious DIY mechanics.

Adapter Compatibility Limits

The kit covers many common radiator neck styles but cannot fit every proprietary or oversized design found on some modern or heavy-duty models. Thread pitch and diameter vary across manufacturers, so the included adapters will not seal against every possible configuration. Users should verify their specific vehicle requirements before relying solely on this set. Some applications will require additional specialised fittings.

Component Count and Coverage

Fourteen pieces provide a broad selection of caps and connectors for standard pressure testing tasks. The quantity handles the majority of passenger car and light truck radiators encountered in general workshops. Very large fleets or specialised industrial equipment may demand more adapters than the kit supplies. The set offers practical headroom for routine cooling system maintenance.
