Westward 54PR38 Crowfoot Socket
This new Westward crowfoot socket fits a 3/8 inch drive and engages a 5/8 inch SAE fastener. The open-end head is made from alloy steel with a chrome finish. Overall length is 1 41/64 inches and overall width is 1 3/16 inches. It is not insulated, non-magnetic and non-sparking.
Suited for confined fastener access
Mechanics who need to reach nuts or bolts in tight spaces where a standard socket cannot fit will find this crowfoot useful. It works with any 3/8 inch drive ratchet or extension. Buyers who require an insulated tool for electrical work or a magnetic head for retaining fasteners should look elsewhere.
Handles 5/8 inch SAE fasteners
The 5/8 inch head size accommodates that specific hex or square fastener. The 3/8 inch drive provides standard leverage for hand tightening. The tool reaches its limit when the fastener exceeds 5/8 inch or when a different drive size is required. California Proposition 65 warnings apply.
