The interior panel (3A926) fits within an 8-inch height and 6-inch width, while the usable opening depth is 3.38 inches. This volume accommodates standard bus plugs, terminal blocks or small breaker arrays with room for wire bending. Deeper components exceeding 3.38 inches will not fit behind the cover, and the NEMA 12/13 rating does not protect against outdoor weather or hose-directed water.
