Enclosure for wall-mounted installations

The Wiegmann N1C-LP enclosure is a carbon steel cabinet rated NEMA 1 for indoor use. It measures 16 in high by 16 in wide by 6 in deep with a usable opening depth of 5.88 in. The unit carries cULus and UL Listed markings and is finished in ANSI 61 gray powder coat. It is built for installers who need a standard wall-mounted housing for electrical components.

Hinged cover with quarter-turn latch

The solid cover is attached with a hinge and secured by a flush-mount 1/4 turn latch. This hardware allows the door to swing open for access and close with a single tool motion. An interior panel, part number 31LA22, is included for mounting devices inside the cabinet. The latch and hinge combination removes the need for separate screws or handles during routine service.

NEMA 1 rating limits outdoor use

The NEMA 1 rating means the enclosure protects against falling dirt but is not sealed against water, oil or wind-blown dust.
