Fits BG-60 windscreen

The WindTech MM-360 Mic-Muff is a black windscreen accessory designed to fit the BG-60 windscreen. It targets professional videographers and photographers who record outdoors and need to suppress wind interference. The muff installs quickly, saving setup time on location. It provides a cost-effective way to improve audio quality in challenging environments.

Sustained wind performance

The accessory delivers up to 20db of wind noise reduction in 20 MPH winds, maintaining clarity during extended outdoor sessions. It achieves this with virtually no negative effect on frequency response, so tonal accuracy remains consistent over long takes. Durable materials withstand repeated exposure to the elements without degrading performance. The muff continues to protect the microphone and preserve sound integrity throughout demanding shoots.

Check BG-60 compatibility

Verify that your existing windscreen is the BG-60 model before ordering, as the MM-360 is cut specifically for that profile. Confirm the microphone diameter matches the BG-60 specification to ensure a secure fit. Ensure the mounting method on your current setup accepts a slip-on muff without additional adapters. Buyers using other windscreens or larger-diameter microphones will need a different solution.
