Cloth Headband for Arctis 7 9 9X

This replacement headband is made for SteelSeries Arctis 7, 9, 9X and Pro headsets. It restores comfort when the original padding wears out. The cloth material feels soft against the head during long sessions. It is not compatible with Arctis 3 or 5 models.

Lightweight cloth construction

The fabric cover adds minimal weight and allows airflow across the top of the head. No metal frame or dense foam is present, so heat buildup stays low. The elastic strap stretches to fit different head sizes without clamping force. Noise isolation comes from the ear cushions, not this headband.

Adjustable elastic strap with simple fitting

The band measures approximately 520 mm by 34 mm and fastens with the existing headset slots. Installation takes seconds by sliding the ends into the mounting points. One piece is included in the package without retail boxing. Buyers needing a complete earpad set should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 520 mm cloth headband on my Arctis 7, and what step do people often get wrong?

Slide the elastic loops over each end of the steel frame until the 34 mm wide pad sits flat; the common mistake is leaving one loop half-on, which creates a pressure ridge.

What part of this replacement headband will wear out first and need another swap?

The cloth cushion compresses over time and the elastic loops lose tension, so the whole 1 Pc headband is replaced as a unit when comfort drops.

At what point does the 510 mm headband stop distributing weight evenly during a long session?

Once the elastic stretches beyond its relaxed 20.07 inch length the band no longer spreads the load across the crown, and pressure returns to the top of the head.
