WMtec DB44 3-row 44-pin male to female extension wire

SKU CH-VB95-E1SE8

Pure copper DB44 male-to-female extension cable carries 44-pin CNC programmer signals over three rows

  • Pure copper conductors ensure reliable signal transmission
  • Male-to-female DB44 extension simplifies CNC programmer connections
  • 3-row 44-pin layout matches standard industrial interfaces
  • Three-metre length provides flexible routing in control cabinets

DB44 3-row 44-pin extension for CNC programmers

This pure copper DB44 extension wire connects a male port to a female port across a three-row 44-pin layout. It is built for CNC programmer signal transmission where a direct connection cannot reach the controller. The straight-through pinout preserves the original wiring without adapters.

Extends legacy DB44 links in industrial setups

The cable adds length between the programmer and the machine interface so the operator can position the controller away from the work envelope. It requires an existing DB44 male socket on the device and a DB44 female plug on the host cable. It does not convert to USB, Ethernet or any other protocol.

Questions about this item

How many pins does the DB44 connector carry for sustained CNC signal transmission?

The cable uses a 3-row 44-pin DB44 interface, so all 44 contacts pass through from the male plug to the female socket for continuous data transfer.

Does the pure copper conductor generate noticeable heat during all-day CNC programmer use?

Pure copper keeps resistance low, so the wire stays cool even during extended CNC programming sessions.
