Replacement Headband Cover for 7.1 V2 Headset

This cloth headband cover is made specifically for the 7.1 V2 headset model. It serves as a direct replacement or comfort upgrade for the original padding. The pink fabric helps protect the headband from hair product residue and daily wear. One piece is included in the package.

Breathable Cloth Material and Zipper Closure

The cover uses a cloth material that allows airflow across the headband during extended listening sessions. A durable zipper runs the length of the cover for simple opening and closing when fitting or removing it. No power or thermal considerations apply to this passive accessory.

Easy Installation and Hygiene Benefits

The zipper design lets you slide the cover on and off without tools for quick cleaning or swapping. It shields the original headband from oils and dirt that accumulate over time. Only the headband cover is supplied; earpads and other parts shown in images are not included.

Questions about this item

How do I install the zipper cover on the 7.1 V2 headband?

Unzip the cover, slide it over the existing headband pad so the cloth wraps evenly, then zip it closed; the step people miss is aligning the zipper ends before pulling so the teeth do not catch.

Will the cloth cover need replacement and how often?

The cloth material absorbs hair product residue and sweat; replace it when the fabric feels matted, loses stretch, or the zipper no longer closes smoothly, typically after several months of daily use.

What is the first comfort limit during long sessions?

The 26.5 x 10 cm pad adds a thin cloth layer only; after extended wear the underlying foam still compresses, so heat and pressure on the crown become noticeable before the cover itself wears out.
