80 mm Velvet Ear Pads for Headsets

This pair of replacement ear pads fits headphones with cushions measuring roughly 80 mm. They are made from soft gray velvet covering high-elasticity memory foam. The pads are designed to restore comfort and seal on worn headsets.

Memory foam and velvet change the fit and sound

The built-in chronic-rebound foam conforms to the ear for a tighter seal, which can enhance bass response. Velvet surface material reduces heat buildup during long sessions. Installation is a simple stretch-on process without tools.

Manual sizing tolerance limits exact fit

The supplier lists a range from 60 mm to 110 mm in 5 mm steps and notes a possible 1 to 3 mm measurement error. Buyers whose headphones fall between listed sizes or need a precise match may find the fit imperfect.

Questions about this item

How often will the memory foam ear pads need replacing with daily use?

The memory foam cushions are designed to retain elasticity over extended wear; replace them when the velvet surface shows visible wear or the foam no longer rebounds fully.

What is the first comfort limit reached during all-day listening sessions?

The 80 mm diameter and velvet covering set the contact area; if your ears exceed this width, pressure on the outer rim becomes the limiting factor.

How much heat builds up around the ears after several hours of continuous wear?

The breathable velvet material and open-cell memory foam allow airflow, so heat accumulation stays low compared with sealed leatherette pads.
