Replacing worn or lost tips

Swapping out old cushions restores the original seal and keeps the earbuds stable during movement. The upgrade is worth it when your current tips no longer stay in place or have become uncomfortable after extended wear.

Silicone material and size limits

The soft silicone provides good elasticity and passive sound insulation, but it will degrade with sweat and UV exposure over time. Three diameters — .9, 1.1 and 1.2 inches — are offered, so the fit depends on choosing the correct size for your ear canal.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the small ear pads for the SOUNDSPORT QC20?

The small size measures 24 mm or 0.9 in across the ear-tip opening.

How do I install the silicone tips onto the QC20 earbuds without damaging the nozzle?

Align the oval port on each tip with the nozzle, then press straight on until the inner flange seats fully; twisting can tear the silicone.

When should I replace these ear pads to keep the best seal and comfort?

Swap them once the silicone loses elasticity, shows cracks, or no longer grips the nozzle — typically every few months with daily sport use.
