Questions about this item

How often do the leather ear pads for the DT770 DT880 DT990 need replacing?

The leather and sponge cushions are described as durable; replace them when the foam loses elasticity or the cover shows wear.

What limits comfort during long sessions with these 100mm pads?

The 100mm diameter and leather surface can trap heat, so warmth buildup becomes the first comfort limit.

Do the DT770 DT880 DT990 leather pads change the headphone sound after hours of use?

The supplier notes the foam enhances performance; the leather seal may increase bass response slightly over time.
