WMtec Headphone Head Beam Pad for Arctis 1 Sponge Black

Comfort replacement pad for Arctis 1

This black sponge cushion replaces the original head-beam pad on the SteelSeries Arctis 1 headset. It restores the soft contact point that wears out or gets lost after extended use. The part is shaped specifically for that model so alignment stays correct without adjustment. Installation takes seconds and requires no tools.

Lightweight sponge construction

The pad weighs approximately .02 lbs and uses high-elasticity foam that springs back after each session. Its open-cell structure lets heat escape while keeping pressure even across the top of the head. No moving parts or adhesives mean there is nothing to rattle or peel off over time. The material adds negligible mass to the headband.

Upgrade from a flattened or missing pad

Owners whose original cushion has collapsed, torn or disappeared will regain the intended clamp distribution and comfort baseline. The replacement is not thicker than stock, so it does not alter the headset’s fit profile or clamping force. Buyers needing a different profile, extra height or a cooling-gel layer should look at aftermarket alternatives.
