Protective EVA Carrying Case

This hard-shell EVA case is built specifically for Leight Sport earmuff headphones. It provides a waterproof and shockproof enclosure that guards the headset against impact and moisture during transport. The tailored interior ensures a secure fit so the earmuffs do not shift inside the case. A durable hand wrap allows convenient carrying on the go.

Materials and Daily Handling

The case uses a rigid EVA shell that resists crushing and splashes while remaining lightweight at 15x14x10cm. No moving parts or electronics are present, so operation is completely silent and draws no power. The exterior wipes clean easily and the material does not degrade from normal temperature changes. The hand wrap stays comfortable during extended carrying sessions.

Included Accessories and Practical Effect

The package contains one black EVA case and nothing else; headphones and other accessories shown in photos are not included. The custom-moulded interior removes the need for separate pouches or padding, saving space in a bag. The integrated hand wrap replaces a separate strap, keeping the kit minimal. No software or drivers are involved.

Questions about this item

How do I fit my Leight Sport earmuffs into this 15x14x10cm EVA case without forcing the hinge?

Open the case fully, place each ear cup into its moulded cavity with the headband arched upward, then close the lid — the 14 cm width matches the earmuff spread so no pressure is needed on the hinge.

What part of this case will wear out first if I use it daily on site?

The fabric wrist strap and its stitching to the 15 cm shell are the only soft components; they will fray or detach before the hard EVA body shows damage.

How long will the waterproof seal hold up if the case sits in rain on a scaffold?

The closure relies on a tight zipper rather than a gasket; prolonged immersion or high-pressure spray will eventually leak through the zip teeth.
