PurPods Earbud Case Protection

The WMtec protective skin is a soft silicone cover shaped specifically for the PurPods earbud charging case. It wraps the case to absorb shocks and guard against daily scratches and minor impacts. The cover installs and removes easily without tools. No earbuds are included; the product is the case cover only.

Upgrade from Bare Plastic

The skin replaces using the PurPods case with no protection at all. The jump is worth it when the case is carried loose in pockets or bags where keys, coins or rough surfaces can mark or dent the original plastic. Buyers who keep the case in a dedicated padded pouch already have equivalent protection and will not gain extra benefit from adding this cover.

Silicone Shield Capacity

The soft silicone material comfortably handles everyday knocks, drops onto carpet or wood, and friction inside a bag. It runs out of protection against heavy crushing forces, deep immersion in water or extreme heat that could deform the thin silicone layer. The cover adds negligible bulk so portable storage remains unchanged.

Questions about this item

Will this silicone cover fit the PurPods charging case without blocking the hinge or charging port?

The cover is moulded specifically for the PurPods case, leaving the hinge and charging port accessible while adding a soft silicone layer around the rest of the body.

How do I install the skin without stretching or tearing the silicone?

Start by slipping the cover over the top edge of the case, then gently work it down the sides; avoid pulling from a single corner, which is the step most people rush and causes tears.

Can the cover be washed when it gets dirty, and will it lose its grip over time?

Yes, the silicone is washable with water and mild soap; air-dry it before refitting, and the material retains its elasticity through repeated cleaning cycles.
