Compatible Replacement Ear Cushions

These protein-leather ear cushions are made for the Tune600BT, T660NC, T510BT, T500BT and T450BT headset models. They replace worn, lost or damaged pads so the headphones stay usable without buying a new set. The soft foam and leather combination aims to restore the original comfort level for daily listening sessions. Installation is straightforward and requires no tools.

Fit and Installation

The cushions slide onto the existing ear-cup mounts on the supported headsets, so no adapters or modifications are needed. Replacing the pads frees the headband and drivers from pressure points caused by flattened foam, letting the original clamping force work as intended. The package contains only the selected component — either ear pads or headband — so buyers must choose the part that matches what is missing. No retail packaging is included.

Material and Longevity

Protein leather wrapped around foam provides a durable surface that resists cracking through extended use while keeping the contact area soft. The material blocks a degree of ambient noise by sealing around the ear, which helps maintain stereo clarity at moderate volumes. Buyers who need a different colour or a full headband-and-earpad kit will not find those options in this listing. The pads are sized to the listed models; other headsets are not supported.
