Replacement Pads for SR850 and SR950

These ear pads are designed as direct replacements for the Technologies SR850 and SR950 headsets. They use sponge material covered in fabric to restore the original fit. The pads measure approximately 105mm by 105mm and weigh 50g per pair. They arrive new and ready to install.

Tool-Free Installation and Material Benefits

No tools are needed to remove the old cushions and fit these replacements. The high-elasticity foam and fabric construction aims to improve comfort during long listening sessions. The supplier notes the pads can enhance headphone performance by restoring a proper seal around the ear. The black colour matches the standard look of the compatible models.

Suits Owners of Specific Headsets Needing Fresh

This product suits anyone with a worn or lost ear pad on an SR850 or SR950 headset who wants a straightforward, tool-free refresh. Buyers with different headphone models should look elsewhere because the dimensions and mounting are tailored to these two specific units. Shoppers seeking leatherette, velour or active cooling materials will not find those options here.

Questions about this item

How often will the sponge ear pads need replacing with daily use?

The 50 g sponge pads compress over time; expect to swap them once the foam no longer springs back to the 105 mm diameter.

What fails first when the pads are worn for hours at a stretch?

The sponge loses its high elasticity, reducing the seal around the SR850 or SR950 drivers and letting bass leak out.

Do the black fabric covers trap heat against the ears during all-day sessions?

The soft fabric and open-cell foam breathe better than leatherette, so ears stay cooler even after continuous wear.
