Replacement Headband Cover for 7.1 V2 Headset

This white cloth cover is made specifically for the 7.1 V2 headset model. It acts as a direct replacement or comfort upgrade for the existing headband pad. The 26.5 by 10 cm accessory helps protect the original band from hair-product residue and daily wear. Only the single cover is supplied; no other parts are included.

Durable Zipper and Cloth Construction

A sturdy zipper runs the length of the cover, allowing quick removal for cleaning or swapping. The cloth material is chosen for durability and a soft feel against the head during extended sessions. No electronics, padding foam or active cooling are present, so thermal output and power draw are not applicable. The cover adds negligible weight and makes no audible noise in use.

Easy Maintenance and Fit

The zippered design means the cover can be taken off and washed without tools, keeping the headset hygienic over time. It slips onto the 7.1 V2 headband without adhesives or permanent modification. Buyers who need replacement ear cushions, a different headset model fit or a retail-packaged product will not find those in this package.

Questions about this item

How do I install the WMtec headband cover on my 7.1 V2 headset and which step is often missed?

Unzip the cover, stretch the cloth sleeve over the existing headband, then zip it fully closed; the step people skip is ensuring the zipper runs the full 26.5 cm length so the pad stays centred.

What maintenance or replacement will the WMtec headband cover need over time?

The cloth surface absorbs hair oils and sweat; hand-wash it with mild detergent and air-dry, and replace the cover when the fabric thins or the zipper teeth no longer mesh cleanly.

What comfort limit appears first during long sessions with the WMtec headband cover?

The 10 cm width distributes pressure, but the single-layer cloth compresses after several hours, so the top of the head feels the firm headband frame sooner than with thicker pads.
