Compatible Headband Cover

This replacement headband cover fits the W820BT and W828NB headphone models. It is made from micro-elastic cloth in black and measures 23cm in length. The zipper closure allows the cover to slip over the existing headband without tools or disassembly. One piece is supplied without retail packaging.

Durable Daily Protection

The micro-elastic cloth resists peeling and cracking that affect original leather pads over time. Its stretch properties keep the cover seated during regular adjustment and long listening sessions. The material can be removed for cleaning and refitted without losing tension. It shields the structural headband from sweat, oils and surface scratches.

Model-Specific Fit Limits

The cover is cut to a 23cm length and 7cm width that match the W820BT and W828NB headbands only. Headphones with wider, narrower or differently profiled bands will not align with the zipper track. The single-piece design cannot be trimmed or extended to suit other dimensions. Buyers with different headphone models need a cover made for those specific measurements.
