Dual Xeon LGA2011 server board

This new WMtec X79 F1 motherboard accepts two Intel Xeon processors in LGA2011 sockets and runs registered ECC DDR3 memory. It includes an M.2 slot that supports NVME solid-state storage for fast boot and data volumes. The board targets builders assembling multi-processor servers or workstations.

Check CPU, memory and M.2 keying

Verify that your Xeon E5 V1 or V2 processors match the LGA2011 socket and that you have registered ECC DDR3 modules, as unbuffered or non-ECC memory will not work. Confirm the M.2 slot keying fits your NVME drive before ordering. Buyers who need unregistered memory or a different processor family should choose another board.

Questions about this item

What is included with the board and do I need to buy CPUs or memory separately?

The board ships alone; you must supply two Xeon processors for the LGA2011 sockets and REG ECC DDR3 modules.

Should I choose the V1 or V2 Xeon for this board?

Both Xeon E5 V1 and V2 families are supported, so select whichever matches your performance and power budget.
