Wooster 4 in Super Doo-Z roller

This two-pack supplies 4-inch roller covers with a .18 in nap for smooth-surface painting. The shed-resistant construction keeps lint off fresh coats during interior or exterior work. They fit standard 4-inch frames used by painters and DIY decorators.

Installation and common issues

Slide each cover onto a compatible 4-inch frame until it seats firmly on the cage. A loose fit causes the cover to spin and leave streaks on the wall. Overloading the roller with paint leads to drips and uneven texture on the first pass.

Behaviour under sustained use

The shed-resistant fibres maintain their nap density across multiple rooms without matting down. Consistent pressure delivers uniform film thickness from the first wall to the last. Clean promptly after each session to prevent dried paint from hardening the nap and shortening the cover’s useful life.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the R206 roller cover is applying paint smoothly after I mount it?

A smooth, even coat without stipple or shed fibres on the surface shows the .18 in. nap is working as intended.

What comes in the R206 pack and what do I need to supply myself?

The pack contains two 4 in. Super Doo-Z roller covers; a compatible roller frame is not included and must be purchased separately.

When should I choose the .18 in. nap version over other nap thicknesses?

Select the .18 in. nap when painting smooth walls, trim or cabinets where a fine, low-texture finish is required.
