9-inch shearling roller cover

The Wooster RR633-9 is a nine-inch paint roller cover made from natural shearling. It accepts both oil-based and water-based paints. The phenolic core resists solvents and holds its shape during use. Painters who want a soft, lint-free finish on walls or ceilings will find it suited to the task.

Phenolic core and compatible frames

The core is built from phenolic material that does not soften in common paint thinners. It slides onto standard nine-inch cage frames such as the BR549-11, R017-9, R030-9, R402-11, R404-11, R405-13 and R501-9. The secure fit prevents wobble and makes loading and unloading the cover a quick step.

Three-quarter inch nap depth

The 3/4-inch nap carries a heavy load of paint and releases it evenly across textured surfaces. It is the single specification that determines whether the cover matches the wall profile you are painting. Buyers who need a thinner film for smooth drywall or a deeper pile for rough stucco should choose a different nap.
