Ready-to-Paint Kit

The Wooster Super Doo-Z Roller Kit supplies a 9 in roller frame, a woven fabric cover and a tray in one package. It is built for DIYers and trade painters who want a single box that works on concrete, drywall, masonry, metal and wood. The 5-wire cage and plastic handle give a secure grip for walls and ceilings.

3/8 in Nap for Semi-Smooth Surfaces

The white woven cover carries a 3/8 in nap that holds enough paint for semi-smooth substrates without excessive stipple. It handles all paints, enamels and varnishes cleanly. On heavily textured plaster or rough-sawn timber the nap will load unevenly and leave missed spots.

Galvanised Shank Fits Standard Extension Poles

The roller frame uses a galvanised shank that threads onto common painter’s poles, so ceilings and high walls are reached without a ladder. The blue plastic handle detaches quickly for pole work. The kit includes no pole, no drop cloths and no masking tape — add those separately.

Questions about this item

Will the 9 in roller frame with 5 wire cage fit my existing extension poles?

The frame uses a standard threaded shank so it fits most common extension poles; check your pole for a matching thread.

How can I confirm the woven fabric cover is laying down an even coat on semi-smooth walls?

Roll a test section on drywall or concrete; the 3/8 in nap should leave a uniform texture without heavy stipple or missed spots.

Does the kit include a paint tray or do I need to buy one separately?

The set supplies the roller frame, one woven fabric cover and a blue plastic handle; a paint tray is not included and must be purchased separately.
