The WRIARICH HDMI ARC Adapter extracts audio from a television ARC port and converts it to optical, coaxial, 3.5mm or stereo L/R outputs for connection to a soundbar, amplifier or home theatre system. It is designed for users whose TV lacks direct analogue or digital audio outputs but supports Audio Return Channel functionality.

Thermals Noise and Power

The compact aluminium unit draws power from an included USB supply cable operating at 5 volts and produces no audible fan noise during normal use. Passive cooling is sufficient for the low-power conversion circuitry, so the adapter runs silently in a living-room or bedroom installation without adding heat to the equipment cabinet.

192 KHz PCM Only

The extractor supports sampling rates of 32, 44.1, 48, 96 and 192 KHz with 24-bit depth on left and right channels but does not decode Dolby AC3, Dolby Digital Plus or other bitstream formats. The source device must be set to PCM or LPCM output before use, otherwise no audio will pass through the adapter.
