WRIARICH HDMI2SDI converter for professional video

The WRIARICH HDMI2SDI media converter accepts one HDMI Type A input and delivers two simultaneous SDI outputs. It handles HDMI resolutions from 480i up to 1080p at 24, 25, 30, 50 and 60 Hz, plus common PC timings such as 1024x768 and 1680x1050 at 60 Hz. Embedded audio travels with the video, and HDCP 1.3 content passes through. The unit draws power from the HDMI source, so no external supply is required. Built-in ESD protection guards the circuitry.

Upgrades from single-output adapters

When a workflow needs the same 1080p feed on two SDI monitors or recorders, this dual-output converter replaces a single-output box plus a distribution amplifier. The jump is worth it for live production, outside broadcast or post suites that must drive dual 3G-SDI links up to 100 metres or HD-SDI links up to 200 metres without signal loss. It does not convert SDI back to HDMI, so it suits one-way HDMI-to-SDI paths only.
