Eight-port HDMI splitter for multi-display setups

This WRIARICH HW-HD1080P unit takes a single HDMI source and distributes it to eight identical outputs. It suits installers, educators and home-theatre owners who need the same 1080p or 1440p image on multiple screens simultaneously.

Handles 1080p and 1440p across eight outputs

The splitter supports video formats from 480i up to 1440p and passes LPCM, Dolby-AC3, DTS7.1 and high-resolution audio formats. Signal buffering extends cable runs, but the HDMI 1.3b interface caps bandwidth at 1080p/1440p; 4K and HDR sources will not pass through at native resolution.

Replaces basic two-way splitters when more

Upgrading from a simple 1-to-2 splitter makes sense when a single source must feed four or more screens in a classroom, control room or retail wall. It does not add switching between different sources, so users who need to select between multiple inputs should look for a matrix switch instead.

Questions about this item

Will this 8-port HDMI switch work with my older 1080p monitors and 720p projector?

Yes, it supports 1080p, 720p, 480p and 576p resolutions so your existing displays will work without changes.

How can I verify the switch is passing both video and 7.1 audio correctly after connecting everything?

Check each display for a stable 1080p or 1440p picture and confirm your receiver reports Dolby TrueHD or DTS-HD Master Audio playback.

Does the box include HDMI cables for the eight outputs or do I need to buy them separately?

Only the switch, a power adapter and a short 5 in. cable are included; you must purchase eight HDMI cables for the outputs.
