Capture HDMI sources at up to 4K input and 1080p 60 fps output via USB 3.0 or Type‑C, driver‑free on Windows, Mac and Linux
This USB 3.0 and Type-C capture card converts an HDMI signal into a 1080P 60 FPS stream for a computer or smartphone. It is built for creators who need a portable way to record or stream from a DSLR, camcorder or action camera without installing drivers or carrying an external power supply.
The device accepts an HDMI input up to 4K at 30 FPS and downscales the output to 1080P at 60 FPS maximum. It handles 8, 10 or 12-bit colour depth, but any source above 1080P 60 FPS is reduced, so high-frame-rate 4K capture is not possible.
The USB 3.0 connection caps the output at 1080P 60 FPS using YUV420 or JPEG encoding, and the host must supply enough bus power for the aluminium-alloy dongle. HDMI cables up to 15 metres at AWG26 are supported for 1080P signals, while longer runs or higher resolutions may lose stability.
