The WRIARICH OZC2 captures HDMI video from a DSLR, camcorder, action camera or game console and delivers it to a PC, Mac or Linux machine over USB 3.0. No driver installation is required, so the device is ready to use with OBS, VLC, Amcap and similar acquisition software for live streaming, game recording, video conferencing or teaching sessions.

Thermals Noise and Power

The capture card draws power directly from the USB 3.0 connection and does not need an external power supply. Its aluminium alloy shell acts as a passive heatsink, so the unit runs silently without a fan during normal capture at 1080P 60Hz.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The hardware accepts an HDMI input signal up to 3840x2160 at 30 frames per second and converts it to a 1080P 60Hz YUV or JPEG stream for recording or streaming. Colour depth of 8, 10 or 12 bit is supported throughout extended sessions, and the HDMI input cable can reach 15 metres at 1080P or lower resolutions.
