Capture card for streaming and recording
The WRIARICH OZC3 is a USB 3.0 video capture device built for gamers and broadcasters who need to record or stream console gameplay. It accepts HDMI input from systems such as PS4, Xbox One, Switch and Wii U, then passes the signal through an HDMI output for zero-lag local play while encoding video for a PC or Mac. The unit ships with a USB 3.0 cable and a user manual.
1080p 60 fps capture ceiling
Although the HDMI input can handle 4K 60 fps sources, the capture engine tops out at 1920x1080 resolution at 60 frames per second. This hard limit means creators targeting 4K recordings or 1440p streams will need a different device. The card automatically detects the incoming format and scales it to the chosen output size and frame rate without driver installation on Windows 7, 8, 10, Mac OS X 10.9 or later, and Linux.
Bundled cable enables USB 3.0 bandwidth
The included USB 3.0 data cable lets the adapter run at its full 5 Gbps transfer rate, which keeps latency low for live streaming to Twitch, YouTube, OBS, PotPlayer or VLC. If the cable is replaced with a USB 2.0 lead the device still functions but throughput drops to 2.0 speeds, so the supplied cable is essential for reliable 1080p 60 fps performance. No additional software or drivers are required beyond standard UVC support.

Questions about this item
What does the 1080p 60fps output figure mean when I record or stream?
The device captures gameplay or camera footage at up to 1080p 60fps, so your recording or streaming software receives a full HD 60 frames per second signal ready for Twitch, YouTube or OBS.
How does the USB 3.0 connection affect what I can actually capture?
The USB 3.0 port transfers the 1080p 60fps video stream to the PC with enough bandwidth for low-latency preview in OBS, PotPlayer or VLC; it also works on USB 2.0 ports at reduced performance.
Will the capture unit fit on my desk and connect to my console without extra brackets?
The box measures 6.42 x 4.49 x 2.32 inches and weighs 9.9 ounces, so it sits flat on a desk; one HDMI input takes the console signal, one HDMI output passes it through to a monitor, and the attached USB 3.0 cable reaches the PC.
