Compact USB 3.0 capture for streamers
The WRIARICH OZC8 is a portable HDMI capture device built for creators who stream gameplay or camera feeds to a PC or Mac. It accepts 4K@60Hz input and delivers 1080p60 over USB, working with OBS and similar software without extra drivers. The aluminium shell keeps the unit cool during long sessions.
USB 2.0 fallback limits recording bandwidth
When connected to a USB 2.0 port the capture path drops to 1080p60 while the HDMI loop-out tops out at 4K@30Hz. A USB 3.0 link is required to move a 4K@60Hz signal into the host, so older ports restrict the maximum recorded resolution. The loop-through always caps at 30 frames per second in 4K.
Single HDMI input and output
One HDMI input and one HDMI output mean the box handles a single source at a time with pass-through to a display. Builders who need to switch between multiple cameras or consoles simultaneously will need an external switcher or a multi-input capture card.

Questions about this item
Should I pick the 4K@60Hz input model or is there a 1080p-only version?
This OZC8 model accepts 4K@60fps HDMI input and passes through 4K@30fps on the loop-out, so there is no separate 1080p-only variant to choose.
What does the 4K@60Hz figure actually deliver when I plug it into my PC?
The device captures up to 4K@60fps from the HDMI source, but the USB link streams at 1080p@60fps over USB 2.0 or 3.0, so your recording software receives 1080p60.
Does the USB 3.0/USB-C interface limit the capture to 1080p or can it pass 4K60 to the computer?
The USB connection carries video at 1080p@60fps regardless of USB 2.0 or 3.0; 4K@60fps is only present on the HDMI input and loop-out ports.
