Two-port HDMI 2.1 bi-directional switch

The WRIARICH OZQ8AB3 routes two HDMI sources to one display or one source between two displays. Manual button and infrared remote select the active path. HDMI 2.1 bandwidth of 48 Gbps carries 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 144 Hz, and 1080p at 240 Hz with VRR and Dynamic HDR.

Home-theatre owners and console gamers needing

Users who require simultaneous output on two screens should look elsewhere because the splitter mode shows only one display at a time. Installations needing cable runs longer than 1.5 metres for 8K or 3 metres for 4K will exceed the rated distances.

Remote and USB-C power cable included

The handheld remote lets you change inputs from the sofa without reaching behind the cabinet. The supplied USB-C cable powers the unit from a TV service port or any 5 V source, so no separate wall adapter is required.

Questions about this item

What HDMI cables do I need to connect two sources and one display to the OZQ8AB3 switch?

You need three HDMI cables — two to connect each source to the input ports and one to connect the output port to your display. For 8K at 60 Hz keep each cable under 1.5 metres; for 4K at 120 Hz keep it under 3 metres; for 1080p at 240 Hz up to 8 metres works.

Will my older 1080p monitor work with the OZQ8AB3 alongside a new 4K 120 Hz TV?

Yes. The switch is backward compatible with HDMI 2.0 and earlier, so a 1080p monitor will display correctly at its native resolution while the 4K TV can run at up to 120 Hz. Both screens cannot show the image simultaneously in splitter mode.

How can I confirm the OZQ8AB3 is passing 8K 60 Hz with VRR and Dynamic HDR after setup?

Play 8K 60 Hz HDR content and check your display's on-screen information — it should report 7680 × 4320 at 60 Hz with HDR active. In a game that supports variable refresh rate, the TV's VRR indicator should appear, confirming the 48 Gbps link is working.
