Gold-Plated Cat 6 Connectors for Custom Cabling

These 20 non-pass-through RJ45 plugs are built for Category 6 and 6E networks. Gold-plated contacts and a three-prong blade design keep the wire core close to the pins for reliable signal integrity. They accept 24 AWG solid or stranded UTP cables with an outer diameter between 0.93 and 1.04 mm. The transparent housing lets you verify wire order before crimping.

Installers Making Fixed-Length Patch Cords

The connectors suit technicians and hobbyists who terminate their own Ethernet cables for structured wiring or device additions. They work with standard RJ45 crimp tools that support non-pass-through plugs. Builders who need pass-through connectors for easier wire alignment or who are working with shielded cable should look at a different style.

Twenty Connectors in One Pack

The bundle provides enough plugs for multiple cable runs or re-terminations without buying in bulk. No crimp tool, cable tester or wire stripper is included, so you must supply those separately. The quantity supports several installation jobs while keeping the cost per connector low.

Questions about this item

Do I need a specific crimp tool for these non-pass-through RJ45 connectors?

They work with most standard RJ45 crimp tools; the connector must be fully seated in the tool jaws before crimping to avoid incomplete termination.

Can I use these Cat 6 connectors with my existing Cat 5e solid-core cable?

These connectors are specified for 24 AWG Cat 6/6E UTP solid and stranded cables with an outer diameter of 0.93 to 1.04 mm; Cat 5e cable dimensions may differ.

How can I confirm the wires are in the right order before crimping?

The connector housing is transparent so you can inspect the wire sequence through the clear body before you crimp.
