USB 3.0 KVM Switch for Two Computers

This KVM switch lets two computers share four USB 3.0 peripherals with a single button press. It targets users who move a keyboard, mouse, printer or scanner between a pair of desktops or laptops and want to avoid repeated cable swaps. No driver installation is required on Windows, macOS, Linux or Chrome OS.

Two Host Ports and Four Device Ports

The unit provides two upstream USB 3.0 ports for the host computers and four downstream USB 3.0 ports for peripherals. Two 1.5 m USB 3.0 cables are included to connect the hosts. A 1 m Micro-USB cable supplies optional auxiliary power for high-draw devices such as external hard drives; a 5 V 2 A adapter is not included. The switch draws no external power for typical keyboard and mouse use.

Manual Switching with LED Status

A physical button toggles control between the two connected computers and LEDs show which host is active. The switch operates without a fan and adds no audible noise to the desk. Power consumption is limited to the USB bus and the optional 5 V auxiliary input, so it does not increase system power draw in normal use.
