What this adapter does

The WRIARICH TC-401G turns a single USB-C port with DisplayPort Alternate Mode into two HDMI outputs. It also adds a USB 3.0 port for peripherals and a Power Delivery input for up to 100W pass-through charging. The aluminium case keeps the unit light and compact for travel.

DisplayPort Alternate Mode requirement

Your host device must support DisplayPort Alternate Mode over USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 for video to appear on the HDMI ports. Without that capability the adapter will not output any signal, even though the USB 3.0 and charging functions may still work.

Dual-monitor behaviour and limits

On Windows the two HDMI ports can show different desktops at up to 4K@30Hz each. On macOS or iPadOS both screens mirror the same image because those systems do not support Multi-Stream Transport. A single 4K@30Hz output is possible when only one monitor is connected.
