Questions about this item

How do I load the 8 1/2 x 11 Letter sheets so the printer feeds them correctly?

Place the Letter-size stack in the tray with the short edge forward and adjust the side guides to 8 1/2 inches so the 24 lb sheets align with the pickup rollers.

When will the ColorLok coating stop giving vivid inkjet output?

The coating is permanent on each sheet; store remaining reams sealed in the original wrapper to keep the 92 brightness surface from absorbing moisture.

At what volume does the 99.99 percent jam-free claim face its first real test?

High-speed digital equipment running continuous 500-page jobs will reveal any feed variance before lower-volume desktop use does.
